Light field howitzer 18
At the beginning of the 30's the light field howitzer 18 was developed by Rheinmetall. 1935 it was given to the Wehrmacht. It is a light field gun. It was a good and often used artillery weapon. It was used during the whole war. The wheels and spokes consisted of wood. It was not a self-propelled gun carriage, it had to be pulled and so it was not mobile.
