A few days ago I bought a bike and so I could move from one place to another like many people in Beijing do. I decided to go to the Summer Palace. I wanted to visit some places I did not visit before. From the university it took me about one hour by bike. This time I also entered the Summer Palace through the East Gate. I went south and I passed through the Wenchang Tower. Today it was foggy, but as I went closer to the 17 Arch Bridge the view became clearer and better. The 17 Arch Bridge is 150 m long and consists of white marble. I crossed the bridge and I went to the Southern Lake Island in order to visit it. Afterwards I went back to university by bike.
