Actually I wanted to fly from Hotan to Urumqi, but then I thought that from Kashgar it might be easier to get a flight to Urumqi. It turned out to be a good idea, because today there was a small sandstorm in Hotan and then it can happen that there are no flights. So together with my driver I went back to Kashgar. Around midnight I flew to Urumqi and here I slept in a hotel. Originally I wanted to continue my journey, but some things made me change my mind and so I decided to go back. Afterwards I flew to Beijing and finally, over Helsinki, I flew back to Berlin-Tegel, where my adventure has started 3.5 months ago.
