Day 1 (21.11.2007)
In the afternoon of this day I flew from Lhasa (capital of the Tibet Autonomous Region) to Chengdu (provincial capital of Sichuan). Chengdu is located on an elevation of about 500 m. Today it was quite foggy in Chengdu. The service in the hostel where I had a room was really very good. Today it was already late and so I had got only time to make familiar with the environment and to go for dinner. The Sichuanese Cuisine is famous for its spicy dishes.
