The Raytheon Beech 1900D is a turboprop passenger airplane. In 1982 the Beech 1900C did its maiden flight and in 1990 the Beech 1900D did its maiden flight. The Beech 1900C and the Beech 1900D are based on the Raytheon Beech King Air 200. The fuselage of the Beech 1900 is over 4 m longer than the fuselage of the Beech King Air 200. The Beech 1900D has got a higher cabin than the Beech 1900C and it has got winglets. The Beech 1900 can be also used as a transport airplane. In its class the Beech 1900 is a successful airplane.
