Corundum
Corundum had got the chemical formula Al2O3. He is very hard and on the Mohs' scale he has got the hardness 9. He crystallizes in the trigonal system. The most famous corundums are ruby (red) and sapphire (blue). Another corundum is leukosapphire (colorless) and there also yellow, green, violett and brown conrundums.
